These terms govern Tabare AI, the educational AI coaching software based on Tabare Sotomayor’s material. “The Service” means this website and app. Send requests to the product team through Contact. You must actively accept these terms and acknowledge the privacy and AI/recording notices before using the app.
Eligibility and access
- You must be at least 13. Ages 13–17 require a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 to review the notices and approve use through the guardian email process. Approval can be withdrawn.
- Provide accurate age and guardian information. Do not impersonate a guardian to approve yourself. Contact support to correct an age group or change an approved guardian.
- Each membership and access code is for one person. Do not share, resell or publish it. Access may be restricted for misuse, unauthorized sharing or nonpayment.
Subscriptions and usage
Public monthly plans are Normal at $197, Pro at $297, and Unlimited at $997, plus taxes shown at checkout. Pro’s advertised 7-day trial converts automatically to $297 per month unless canceled before it ends. Private offers may differ; your offer and checkout identify what you purchase. “Unlimited” is a plan name with fair-use limits.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed price and interval until canceled. Review and affirm renewal terms at checkout. Cancel through Whop orders/membership settings before the next renewal to stop future charges. Paid access generally continues through the paid period. Uninstalling the app, deleting data or losing eligibility does not cancel billing. Contact the team if you cannot find your membership. Applicable legal and Whop refund rights are unaffected.
Daily and monthly allowances apply to coaching, searches, analyses, reviews, regulation checks and voice minutes. They reset by UTC calendar day and month, independently of billing dates. Unused included usage does not roll over. See the pricing page and purchase listing for allowances. Additional minute packs have the terms shown at their checkout. Do not evade caps or share a seat.
AI, recordings and uploads
Read the AI disclosure and Privacy Policy. The assistant is software, not Tabare personally or a licensed adviser. It can be wrong. Analyses, projections, scores and examples are educational estimates, not guarantees of income, savings or results. Verify information and consult qualified professionals for regulated decisions.
Calls you choose to make in the app are recorded, transcribed and processed for service delivery, history and memory. Only submit files, recordings, transcripts, share links and personal information you have the right to share and process. Obtain every required participant permission before recording or submitting someone else’s call. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or highly sensitive information. You are responsible for your decisions and applicable recording/privacy requirements.
Content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in submitted content and permit the Service and its providers to host, process and display it as needed for the requested features, subject to the privacy notice and deletion controls. Tabare’s material, voice and other protected elements remain the property of their rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
- Do not access another member’s data, bypass security or extract private training material.
- Do not upload unauthorized content, impersonate others or use the Service unlawfully.
- Do not resell or republish protected material as a competing product.
Copyright
Use the copyright process to report infringement or dispute a removal. The team may remove or disable material and, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate repeat infringers. Reports and counter-notices are reviewed; inaccurate claims may have legal consequences.
Availability and changes
Features may change or be interrupted. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes to paid subscription terms require the notices and consent applicable law requires.
The date above identifies this version. Material changes to required app permissions require renewed acceptance, including guardian approval for minors.
